Rose 'Arthur Bell' is an award-winning floribunda rose that grows large, semi-double flowers in a bright shade of yellow. Appearing in summer and autumn, the flowers will fade to a pale creamy yellow with age. This small, upright and bushy rose will reach a final height and spread of approx. 90 x 90cm.
