Prunus 'Hokusai' Tree

In April, Prunus 'Hokusai' is awash with beautiful pale pink blossom. The semi-double pink flowers are arranged in clusters and are highly fragrant. New leaves emerge with hints of bronze and turn green. In autumn, the foliage turns orange and rust red.

Prunus 'Hokusai' will grow to a height of 6 metres with a spread of 4 metres in 20 years. A well-drained soil and full sun will get the best flowering display from this Cherry Blossom tree. Named after the artist Hokusai Katsushuka, it has received the RHS Award of Garden Merit.
