Cornus kousa 'Schmetterling'

Cornus kousa 'Schmetterling' is a compact Flowering Dogwood with large white flowers in summer, followed by strawberry-like fruits. Growing to a maximum height of 4x4 metres, 'Schmetterling' is ideal for smaller gardens and fantastic for pollinators with the abundant flowers attracting bees and butterflies. 

Will flourish in moist but well-drained soils in full sun or partial shade. A hardy shrub, it can be grown in an exposed or sheltered position.
